Welcome to MyMusicPlayground, where we bring back the
word PLAY into music and piano education.

Together, we will:

• DANCE to develop rhythmic sense and the understanding of musical structure.

• LISTEN creatively to age appropriate music of a wide range of genre to experience rich musical harmonies.

• SING familiar and new songs in the musical language of Solfege to develop perfect pitch and by-ear instrumental playing.

• PLAY various instruments in a group setting and with musical backing so instrumental learning becomes a fun and sociable activity.

Your music teacher is a Music Therapist who uses a combination of Orff, Kodaly and Dalcroze methods.  She has been a Licensed Kindermusik Educator and Yamaha Teacher.
